1. Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it. Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

2. Returns & Exchange

We offer a 7-day return policy. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags intact.

3. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

4. Non-Returnable Items

Items on clearance sale and personalized items are not eligible for returns or refunds unless they arrive damaged.
